There is an update. We had a request for additional documents, which my husband submitted yesterday.

No any update regarding the COE applied to Osaka immigration for the Engineering visa. More then 110 days.

@exia 2nd time means what it means the first time i got rejected because of insufficient financial support and i tried it again with more support of my Family in japan.

@Julie i Applied at November 22 for a Spouse Visa in Tokyo and they asked for additional papers that and because it is my second try is the reason why it took so long because at a second try they look more closely.

No additional requirements. Via lawyer

Surprised email by lawyer that my certificate of eligibility that was finally issued by Immigration of my certificate of eligibility of mine and to my daughter.
Mine took around 3 months and 6 days, from what I read in this thread, it seems that the processing time depends on the Immigration office where you submit your documents, provided that your documents are in order (it seems Tokyo immigration processing time is long perhaps because a lot of submission). But that's just an assumption. Waiting is killing.

Let’s hope we will get our coe this week or next I don’t know why it’s taking too much time . I don’t think category 1 company effect for fast processing. I am working from last 5 years same company still it’s taking more then 4 months . Pray for all of us 😊
