Had to leave Akiharaba coz we had tickets to some attraction )):

Thanks all Switch hunters! Pls do keep these updates coming. Hopefully all of us leave Japan with at least a set 😬🤞🏻

Thanks to this thead, we were able to purchase one. : ) There are still a number of units left here in yodobashi akiba as of this writing. Grey and colored alike.

Sent my brother all the way to Japan, using this link as a guide where to go. Doesn't seem.to have any luck even tho he is in the area. He's useless isn't he?

There is a bad rush for the limited switch everywhere. Thanks to you guys here, I am able to secure two more sets today in additional to the one I have gotten yesterday.

Seems like today a new batch comes in for all the stores. The smaller stores getting lesser stocks requires balloting, bigger stores like Yodabashi Akihabara has substantially more sets to go around.

I think the next batch wouldn't come so early.

Thanks to Tyo. Bought grey colour set at labi shimbashi. they have two more sets as of 19:18. Hope other switch hunters get lucky!

Shinjuku is a no-go. Tried sofmap, bic, labi, yodobashi and don quijote, all sold out with no ETA for the next restock.

Yodabashi at akihabara sold out, reach here at 10am, but there's pro controller, black joycon and neon blue red joycon available.
