U.S. TV series was original (for once) 2007/8/3 16:40
[also the American TV series called ''Transformer'' was imported and aired in Japan as ''Transformer'']

Actually, Generation One Transformers series was created in the United States by Hasbro to peddle the re-branded Microman and Co. to kids. The recent Japanese sequels are the adaptations.

Never knew that Transformers was in fact linked to Japanese toys and Takara also that there were so many conflicting storylines made of it. My memory of it is faint indeed.

The summary shows it to be dragging along so much although probably still not as much as the X-men series of Marvel superheroes. It would take me a lifetime to read through those comics.

Ah! Sorry, I thought everyone in the thread had already seen it.
