Itinerary for Tokyo/Yokohama

Dear all

Here is my revised itinerary and pls give me comments. Some slight changes, and also not too pack. This time we would like to go on a slower pace and enjoy some nice Japanese food on our way.

Day 1
- Tsukiji Fish Market
- Tokyo Tower
- Ueno area

Day 2
- Mt Fuji 5th station via direct bus from Shinjuku
- Lake Kawaguchi via Retro bus
- Yoshida Fire Festival, then head back to Shinjuku

Day 3
- Ghibli Museum in Mitaka
- Sunshin City in Ikebukuro

Day 4
- Yokohama, Minato Mirai area

Day 5
- Mother Farm in Kimitsu

Day 6
- Flight departing in the evening, so will drop by AEON shopping mall near Narita after depositing our luggage in airport

Questions:
1. How can I make reservation for the bus service from Shinjuku to Kawaguchiko 5th Station?
2. From Fujiyoshida, what is the best mode of transport to get back to Shinjuku, and is there a timetable for it?
3. For Mother Farm, understand that there is free shuttle bus service from Kimitsu station. Is there a time table for this shuttle service?
