Almost 50 days past. Help.

My educational documents are all clear by immi officer ok my lawyer submit additional documents also its almost half a month ago procedure ok then immigration officer ask passport copies because when my lawyer submit passport copies its blur then he scan again and submit how much more time can u answer its almost 20 days pass

I am an engineer relocating, currently waiting for the COE, status is as the following:

Bureau: Tokyo Immigration,

Application: 26 Jan 2023

Conclusion: Still waiting

I just want to share also my experience:

My wife and me we applied for my COE on 2th Feb. and it arrived 24th March. (We had a lawyer)

Called the office for status updates and they said it "should be done by next week" twice over the last 2 months... and it still hasn't arrived...... last call was 2 weeks ago. They also said they didn't need any additional documents and that it was all good. Has anyone else encountered this? Is this normal?

It�fs a relief to read on this thread as it is really causing anxiety to wait for the COE to be issued; moreover to receive it! I hope to share my experience to as we all wait.

Mine was Engineering Visa type.

Submitted COE application on Dec 26,
and received approval from immigration on Feb 17, so it took 54 days.

Then, received the COE soft copy 5 days later, on Feb 22.
