Hi, Just out of interest for all bike owners in Japan. Just got my shaken done on my little Yamaha 400. Red Baron wanted Jpy50,000 + 20,000 membership fee, and wait one week. Wankers. The Gov test stations are far too busy, and if you dont speak good Japanese can be a problem. I took it to Holiday (ホリダイ？？), a private chain of Shaken providers. Jpy38,000. 1 hour. Best service. Great staff. Told me about the issues with my bike, even though it passed the test (need to tighten your chain, slightly sticky brake lever switch...). Oh, and free coffee... Magic.
