I found in Akihabara. It was expensive 42800 yens (tax free) but still cheaper then in my home country.
They still have about ten remaining in stock as I could see.
They were down the street with some box of the Nintendo switch.

Tried my luck since 19th until 24th in Shinjuku, Shibuya, Akihabara, Ikebukuro and Haneda. No luck at all. Only saw one unit in Radio Kaikan Akihabara with marked up price of 40K yen. I would rather buy in my home country with that price that came with 2 games and a few amiibo. So good luck out there warriors.

29,800 less tax. Grey one only. Not sure how many they have left! Great cafes around here and short trip from Shibuya so may be worth checking out!
