Tried 2 different Bic Cameras and Yodabashi in Akihabara with no luck.
Tried Don Quiote in Shinjuku with no luck.
Going to tried Yodabashi in Shinjuku tomorrow.

Sorry, to clarify, I checked Yodabashi and Bic in Akihabra yesterday (Monday 21st) at 3ish. Sold out.
Don Quiote in Shinjuku was today (Tuesday 22nd) about 2 hr ago. Sold out.
I'll let you know how I go tomorrow. Running out of time though...

It seems that all nintendo switches have been sold out in Tokyo. The staff from different stores all told me the same thing: they've all been sold out in Japan...

I've tried Shinjuku Bic camera(s) and Yodabashi with no joy today. Fly home tonight so good luck to others hunting for this elusive beast.
As we say in the UK, it's like finding rocking horse sh*t... very rare...
