March 1, 2012 - Cherry blossoms in Spain

Last month I went on a trip to Spain and while it was snowing in my town, the trees were already blooming in Barcelona.

Fortunately the weather was good that day. The sun was shining so bright that bees and all the others came out doing their duty collecting polls and dust. I love to take pictures of these little animals. They are so cute flying from one blossom to the other. Try watching them! - It will make you smile.

last but not least

This one was standing in front of a huge wall. Most of the pedals were already fallen down and some leaves begun to grew. In full bloom it must have looked impressive with that background.

What is an advantage on the one side is a disatvantage on the other side. Spring starts earlier in Barcelona than in the country where I live, but pedals fall earlier too.

Everywhere buds and blossoms. Seems like Japan. This pic shows reality and the different klimate.

Hope you liked the pictures on my fist travel report. I too wish it was to Japan, but I think the blossoms are quite nice there too. I just have to wait another couple of days, better to say month, until I can visit my favourite country.
