February 23, 2016 - Experience in Kansai

Kiyomizu-dera Temple is noted for its beautiful crimson gold leaves, which is built on a cliff by 139 stalks of wood all in height of 13 meters.

This is the view seen from the bottom. What an awesome technology to prevent it from falling over.

In this picture, three elementary school kids are walking. On their back, all of them are carrying a school bag, maybe filled with stationeries. The school bag now seems to be popular as a souvenir among foreign tourists. Elementary school students in Japan all treasure their school bags and carefully use it during the whole 6 years, sounds so admirable!

Letfs move to the Arashiyama. The Arashiyama train station is known as gKimono Foresth with 600 Yuzen lined in street chosen by the world-renowned designer Mr. Morita Yasumichi. Additionally, LED are put inside the Yuzen, so that you can enjoy the fantastic illumination sight at night for free charge.

This is the Sagano bamboo forest in Kyoto. Averagely, they are standing there in cheerful green, however, when it turns to December, they are decorated with lights and will look like a golden bamboo forest the way they are lit up.

Himeji Castle is visible from JR Himeji Station. Although there are so many castles in Japan, only Himeji Castle can be seen from a train station. In the old days, in order to see the Himeji Castle in a good sight, the people even moved and renovated the train station, how admirable!

The construct of the white walls and blue sky is wonderful, no wonder it can be listed into the world heritage! Too beautiful to be real, maybe even look like a plastic castle.

This is the plastic model. As one of the famous castles of Japan, its model is also sold in other places. The price depends on different sizes, usually sold with a price from 1,500 yen to 3,000 yen.

Back to Kobe to enjoy the "Kobe beef". Since it is cooked in front of your eyes, the time for waiting will not be boring. The lunch price in Steak Land Kobe is charged from 1,080 yen, which is very reasonable.

The sight at night is also amazing.

Welcome to Dotonbori, Osaka at night, a paradise for eating.

I mastered the way of cooking fugu!
