I want to know if the ferry From Beppu to Osaka stops at Matsuyama ? And the time of the departure and the arrival ?

No, a few years ago, the Osaka-Beppu ferries stopped stopping at Matsuyama along the way. If you want to travel between Beppu and Matsuyama, it is best to travel via Yawatahama.
