Hello, when is the best day and time of day that we should go to Harajuku station in order to see the teenagers who are dressed up in excentric costumes to resemble anime characters, punk musicians, etc ?

The bridge from Harajuku station into Meiji Shrine is where you will see Cos-play young people. Meiji Shrine is beautiful, and we usualy try to go on a Sunday when there seem to be many beautiful wedding parties and lots of people in the harajuku area.

Weekends, because presumably they'll be at school during the week.
And I think later in the day rather than early. We spent a Saturday morning in the area in October and didn't see many teens, but realised later that, if they're anything like we were as kids, they'll stay in bed later on the weekends, and then take ages to get ready before going out.

Sunday afternoon is the best time, provided the weather is good.
