I was wondering if it is possible to make a daytrip from Sapporo to one of the RIshiri Rebun islands if going very early? I heard there are flights...

No, it is not feasible. The flight schedule does not allow for an early start, and access by train and ship would be too time-consuming:

If you want to visit both islands, at least three days are needed if you come from Sapporo.
