Inland Sea, which island to visit or to stay?

Which (small) island in the Inland Sea is nice to stay or to visit?
Shiraishi island, Naoshima or Shodoshima?
Or do you know another nice island?
Do you know a nice accomodation on one of the islands?
Is there an accomodation in the countryside or near the rice fields?

Do you know a nice accomodation on one of the islands? Is there an accomodation in the countryside or near the rice fields? I think it depends on the experience you want. Naoshima is an art island filled with modern art museums and the Art Project sites. If those interest you, it may be nice. Shiraishi Island has an international villa. I think it's better if you just want to enjoy islands life and relax.
