bus schedule from Kofu to Kawaguchiko

I will be travelling from Matsumoto to Kawaguchiku on the 27th April. I was advised earlier that I could take a train from Matsumoto to Kofu. Then, take bus from Kofu to Kawaguchiko (What bus? any bus schdule in English? Buy tickets from the bus station at Kofu? Need any reservation for the whole journey as it is in the Goleden week.
