Where to park before Kamikochi

Kindly advice where's the nearest car park to catch the bus to Kamikochi if you are coming from Takayama. Kindly also advice the car park address for input to GPS. Thanks.

There are multiple parking lots around Hirayu on the Gifu side and along the road on the Nagano side. If you return to Takayama afterwards, I naturally recommend to park in Hirayu, but if you continue into Nagano after Kamikochi, you could also consider the Nagano side: http://www.kamikochi.or.jp/access/transfer/
