Kinugawaonsen Accommodation

We're planning a trip back to Japan (Tokyo mainly) in late September and would like to include an overnight trip to Nikko.

Does anyone have any recommended ryokans in Kinugawaonsen area? I'd love to get one with a private outdoor bath, view of the river and private dinner served in our room. And hopefully under/about 25'000yen per night.

I am afraid you are asking for too much. I can't even find a ryokan with private baths. Here are some listings:

Thanks Uji, I thought as much. But I did find some places with a private bath, but way outside my budget. One example:

I've also looked at online reservation sites and suspect a LOT of Ryokans do not advertise on them as I have found a few places with Japanese only websites that look nice. I have very limited Japanese skills so was hoping someone here could recommend one they've visited that are not listed on English/US websites like bookings.com. hotels.com, etc.
