Tempozan Ferry 2013/5/28 12:30
I'm planning to take a ferry from Sakurajima ( from Universal Studio Japan) to Tempozan using the free ferries.
Where is the dock of the Tempozan Ferry?
What is the schedule like?
Do I just wait at the dock or at any ticketing booth?
Please help. Thanks.

The free ferry is not a tourist attraction. It's a public transportation facility like "road" or "bridge". The ferry departs 3 times in an hour.

Thanks for the reply.
Will it only cater for the locals?
Yes, I'd like to take the ferry and not the touristy style of Captain Line.
Do I just wait at the dock or do I need to register/get a ticket from a ticketing booth?

Nothing is needed to ride it. Just be waiting at the boarding place and follow other passengers. No fee, No registration, No ticket.

You can ride it as you walk on the bridge.
