JR Pass from Incheon Airport?

Hello everyone,
I was wondering, is it possible to purchase the Japan Rail pass at Incheon Airport in Korea?
I will only be at the airport for 3 hours, and it would be my last chance to grab a pass. I will be at the airport from 5am-9am, in case this affects office hours.
Any other suggestions?

Yea I have seen both of the above links already. I'm just not sure if any of the addresses mentioned are within or very close to the airport.
Can anyone confirm this?

the airport isn't really near anywhere, it's an island off the coast...it sounds like you are transiting through and if that's the case you won't have enough time.
you best bet would be to find a seller who will next day courier it to your hotel in japan, some will be it won't be cheap.
