Luggage on trains

Hi, I will be buying the round trip NEX-Suica card and will be travelling from Narita to Ikebukuro and back to Narita on my day of departure. Are there any restriction on the size and number of luggages? I am travelling to Tokyo light but expecting to have with me one big luggage, a smaller one and my back pack on the day of departue. Thanks!

There is plenty of room at the end of each car for securing (locking) luggage while you sit in your seat. If the train isn't full (I have yet to see one), you can always lock as many as possible and perhaps use the overhead or seat next to you for smaller ones.

the NEX is an airport transfer train designed with luggage in mind. there are luggage racks at each end of every car. you will be fine.
