Boat cruise around Odaiba Island

Hi Ladies and gentlemen of Japan Guide I was wondering if anyone can help me at all.

The question is I remember reading about a boat that cruised around Odaiba Island. It was different to the river bus and more along the lines of a floating bar.

Does anyone know anything about it or indeed if it exisits and how is it?? Is it worth the time to do??

You might mean the Tokyo Bay Yukata Cruise, which starts in early July and runs until late September. It's more like a floating bar or club, and it goes past Odaiba, but it doesn't circle it:
