I have seen a light-up written about for Zenkoji temple and approach in February but without reading Japanese I've not been able to confirm this is an annual thing or the dates for 2014.
Does anyone know if this will take place in 2014?

I didn't know this, but just learned that they started the 5 color lights-up in 2004 to commemorete the Nagano Olimpic. It souds they will do it next year as well in February.
