Eating in Dewa Sanzen?

I'm going to be hiking the Dewa Sanzen this summer. For the main day from Gas-san 8th station up to the peak and down to Yudono-san, is there any place to get food and refill water bottles, or will I need to bring lunch with me from Tsuruoka? Even just overpriced mountain hut noodles would be sufficient, but I don't want to be stuck the whole way without anything to eat.
