This is the 1st time I travel in Japan free and easy. And I will staying 4 nights in Tokyo and 3 nights in Osaka.

Are you flying into and out of the same airport? If so, then the pass will pay off, as the price is roughly what a round trip from Tokyo to Osaka costs, based on two shinkansen tickets.
