I am planning to use SunQ Pass in Kyushu. Would like to know what time is the counter @ Fukuoka International Airport close as I will arriving at night around 8pm.

Until 9:30 pm possibe at TIC(1F)
near Highway bus information counter.

Highway bus information counter until 9:20pm.
No english speaker.

If flight delay over 9:30pm
go convenience store machine.
until 10:30pm possible.
But Domestic terminal[T3] only no Int terminal.
