How far on foot from each JR station?

I plan to travel to Hokkaido next 2 weeks. will use JR train and visit most of attraction - flower farms. Stay at Biei youth hostel. Would like to visit most of flower attraction from Biei, Kami Furano, Naka furano station and also furano station. As travel alone, then really appreciate to know how distance i need to walk to each farm from each JR station. Tks.

Another point is about JR pass. i can't sort out if Twingle bus is included or i need to pay on top? or the foreigner who hold JR pass pay special rate or else!
