Do I need Travel Pass

Am confused by the various pass options. Pls advise.
Intend to travel from OSAKA (2night in Namba) to Ise Shima(1nite), then to Kyoto(2 nites), then to Nara(1 nite), would like to go straight from Nara to Koyasan if possible, then back to Osaka.
Should I buy JR Pass, or Kansai Area Pass, or Seishun Juhasichi Kippu, or just buy on spot. Pls note I am not traveling on consecutive days.
Appreciate assistance.
