I've read the train is fully booked for many dates in November. Is it true that car #5 will only be opened for sales on the day travel? Or would they start selling car 5 and standing seats at other stations once cars 1 to 4 are taken up?

according to sagano railway's homepage written in Japanese, they sell today's tickets in first-come-first-served bases at the sagano scenic railway stations.
but not mentioned how many tickets.
