Can I buy Kamakura Enoshima Pass ?

Hi,
I and my friend plan to visit Kamakua and Yokohama in the beginning of December 2013.
I'm confusing about the Kamakura Enoshima Pass. In the japan-guide and JR website stated the pass cost is 680 Yen and start at Fujisawa. Can I buy this pass at Ikebukuro ? and How much does it cost ?
And if I start at Yokohama, can I buy this pass at Yokohama ? and How much does it cost ?
