Hi, this will be my first time to Japan. I am stil quite confused. I have bought the JR Pass for Kyushu. Can I use this pass in the subway/MRT in Fukuoka City? Thanks.

You can only use the JR Kyushu Pass on approved JR trains. But you can get a Fukuoka Tourist City Pass or a subway day pass and go all over. Many of the best places to see in Fukuoka are not far away from a station. For a good listing of what to see as well as cheaper places to stay, try looking at: http://www.tinyurl.com/see-fukuoka
