Sapporo to Niseko (Green Leaf Hotel)

Hi all, I tried to do a few research but just worried about getting confused with the buses. I will be heading to Niseko (Green Leaf Hotel) from Sapporo early in the morning. Do i get the bus at Sapporo Station? Is this the link that i should be following - http://www.niseko-village.com/en/access/index.html? In this website, there're "Chuo Bus", do i take the 1st one - Sapporo Station Bus Terminal 7:55 8:45 ? Is the other one on the website - NISEKO UNITED Shuttle Bus the same too, but only different company? I'm quite worried getting lost. Please please kindly advise. Arigatou Gozaimazu!
