5th station on Mt Fuji

HI from Italy.
I am organizing my first trave into Japan. I will be near the Mt Fuji at the beginning on april, but I can not understant how may I reach the 5th Station (what station, timetable in this period and particularly what for public line is a vaiable at the beginning of april).

No bus until late APR(golden week 1st).
Accsess road "Subaru line" still cold coverd snow/ice need winter tire(taxi,rent a car) not safe.
And no open shops and travelers.
