Minakami Bus

Hi,
We will be travelling to Minakami in August and wish to bungy jump near Sarugakyo Onsen. This is the red bridge. I know you need to take a bus from jomo kogen station. How frequently do these buses depart to and from the station.
Also how easy is it to get from Sarugakyo Onsen to the centre of minakami. Is this by bus also? And how frequent?
