Hi, I've been searching the web for ages but I can't find an answer about how to access the herb garden AND see the best/most popular view from Mt Rokko. The herb garden site: http://www.japan-ryokan.net/kobeherb/en/index4.htmlAccording to the above site, a round trip night ticket includes admission to the herb garden and it's 800 yen. Is the highest point of where this ticket will take me also the point where I can get a nice view (aka the "10 million dollar night view")? Or do I have to buy another ticket and keep going further? Also if I choose to get this night ticket, I can buy it from the base station at Shin-Kobe right?
