Hello there,
I am travelling from tokyo to Kusatsu on 24th Feb - 26th Feb 2014. I have read other threads on issue related to spa resort liner & have confirmed the booking.
Somehow, i unable to receive any confirmation email on the seats i booked.
My question is:
1. After send out the booking requisition form is it definitely will got the seats reserved for me? Will there be any confirmation letter need to be print out?
2. Where to collect bus ticket & how to make payment?
3. If the seat from Spa Resort Liner fully booked, any alternate way? (with reference link)
