WHICH rail station is closer to Ueno Park. Keisei Ueno station or JR Ueno station.
Which direction do I walk after exiting station? How many min walking?

Go to JR Ueno Station park exit.
There is a pedestrian cross after you pass through the gate(exit), cross there, then you are in the park.

Both are directly next to the park (Keisei even underneath), so it's hardly any difference. Specifically for Shinobazu pond the Keisei station is a bit closer, but I wouldn't bother taking another train for that.
