Arriving Haneda at 11pm, taxi only?

Arriving Haneda Airport at 11pm by Air Asia. I stay at Grand Pacific Le Daiba, which is near, how much is the taxi fare roughly? Is it possible to get a big taxi (like MPV) as we have 5 persons and our luggage are quite big. Is there any public transport still available at that time?

Trains still operated but not direct needs transfer 2 times .

Thanks for the reply. 9,600 for a big van seems very good price...not sure if they charge extra as by the time we clear immigration etc, it should be already 12a.m. when we get out.
