Are you planning to do this trip:

Unsure why you need to purchase ticket the day before. You could just easily buy the ticket on the day you are travelling . That was what we did when we visited the place.

ticket office will open at 7.00 am.

Assuming your information is correct. You are taking earlier train than 07:00, therefore you are unable to purchase ticket. I am sure you might be able to pay on board or very likely at the arriving station.

Only a few days of Golden Week last year, sales of the ticket was held in Dentetsu Toyama station minutes to 5:10. Usually, leaving travelers from Toyama before 7:00, will be first to buy from the vending machine a ticket to Tateyama Station, then go to Tateyama Station by train, buy a ticket of Alpine route at the ticket counter on the second floor there.

From April 1, It is possible to book a ticket on the Web, but the location to receive it is a Tateyama Station.

It would be if the starting point if you're Nagoya or Osaka, it is also considering the purchase of Tateyama Kurobe Alpen Kippu sold in the JR company. Round-trip fee of it is 24,260 yen's departure from Osaka.
