How to go to Tateyama

We have 4 person in the group stay at shirakawa (20/4/14)plan to go Tateyama (21/4/14). We would like to buy round trip of Tateyama kurobe alpine route . And return to shirakawa. Possible to let us know which transport to be take and the timetable .

Take the bus from Shirakawago to Takayama and then trains via Toyama. It is a long journey.

Thanks uji...may I know roughly how many hours ? We think to take kurobe apline route for whole trip. Is it possible to make it ?
