Nagano to Shizuoka by bus possible?

I am planning to go to Japan Alps and continue to Shizuoka. I would like to know if there is a bus or night bus service available from Ogisawa/Shinano Omachi/Matsumoto to Shizuoka? If so, please advise how to get to the bus station or website to reserve seats. Thank you.

There is no high-speed bus to go to Nagano from Shizuoka Prefecture.
Bus have come to Kofu Station to noon from Shizuoka. (3 hours, four times a day)
Night bus to Shinanoomachi is not only starting from Shinjuku Station.
If to Matsumoto from Nagoya, night bus depart.
