Thank you for your reply.
because I want to ship the visitor SIM card to this post office and i can take after arrival.
I think i need to send the sim card to the hotel.

5/5 is a Monday, though, so unless I'm missing something, the post office should be open (unless your flight arrives too late). If you're staying at a hotel in the Tokyo area, though, it might be less risky to ship the SIM at your hotel, presumably you can manage the trip without a SIM. ;)
Also if you decide do ship it to the airport remember that the post office at Haneda is in a domestic terminal (Terminal 1), so you will need to take a shuttle bus (free) from the international terminal to Terminal 1 to pick up the SIM before going to your hotel.
