Taxi from Nara to Itami airport

Does anyone know how long the drive is between Nara and the Itami airport? Also, how much should that taxi ride cost? If I have a 7:50am flight what time do I need to be at the airport and what time should I leave Nara? Thank. You.

I tell you that there is a means to use the limousine bus instead of the taxi to you. If you ride the bus to leave the Kintetsu Nara Station 5:40 AM, arriving in Itami Airport in 6:40. You will catch the flight that you ride.
