Taq-Bin delivery baggage to Hotel

I planning to use airport Taq-Bin to deliver my baggage to hotel 1st, as i will be travel to Wakayama from Kansai Airport.
Is that hotel will charge if they collect baggage on behalf of us?
Day 1 : Kansai Airport - Wakayama (Overnight )
Day 2 : Wakayama - Shinsaibashi

hotel will charge if they collect baggage on behalf of us? Usually not, as long as you can soon arrive and check in at the reception desk in a day or two. "TA-Q-BIN" is a brand name.
