How to travel from Haneda airport to Mito

I'm thinking of travelling to Mito (Ibaraki) in Oct 2014 and my flight will most likely land at Haneda airport instead of Narita airport. What is the easiest and fastest way to getting to Mito from Haneda airport? Thanks.
