Cooked seafood in Aomori Fish Markets 2014/4/28 08:43
Do they only serve raw seafood at the fish markets? Are there places in the fish markets that would cook the seafood for visitors? Thanks.

Not sure specifically of Aomori's fish market, but I'm sure you would be able to find a restaurant that serves both raw and grilled fish.

We didn't have a sit-down meal there but we saw customers eating grilled fish in one of the eating places in Auga Fish Market. Not sure whether you can buy seafood from the market and have them prepared for you, but you can always ask first before doing any purchasing.

It is doubtful you can do the same in Furukawa Fish Market as the place is popular with people first buying a plain rice bowl and go around to select their sashimi from different vendors.
