It is too late. It closes for pedestrians in June already, and by July most - if not all - snow will have melted.

Ooops :( So what is the best sightseeing or atractions in that day in alpine route? I read alpine route is open from april to november every years. May i find a snow like alpine roure in another place around tokyo in summer? Because i can't change my time to visit japan with my family in this year. I already talk with them we want to see snow in japan. Thanks in advance

Hiking in the Murodo area.
And scenic views of the mountain landscape along the entire route.

No, there is no snow available in July with the exception maybe of some small fields of remaining snow in shadowy places high in the mountain. There may be some remaining small amounts of snow around Murodo.
