Bus direct from Shinjuku to Shibazakura

I fly to Narita at 8.00 and plan to catch a bus from Shinjuku to the Shibazakura festival on May 28. Do they have the direct bus? How can I reserve? Where is the bus station?

Direct bus still operate
but May 28 maybe too late blooming peak overed.
