Studio Ghibli tickets in Hong Kong

I'm travelling to Tokyo from HK. I read that Studio Ghibli tickets can be purchases from JTB agents outside of HK. But I've been trying to call their office in HK it's either no answer or it's speaking in Japanese of which I don't understand what it's telling me.

Anyone have any idea if the JTB office in Canton Road TST opening hours or they have moved to elsewhere?
