Osaka to wakayama day trips

Hi everyone! I will have about 2.5 unplanned days in Osaka and was wondering if there was a day trip to Wakayama or other neighboring cities. I like culture, nature, onsen, famous sites. Not really interested in museums and will have seen too many temples by then. Preferably not too hard to get to because I don't speak much Japanese. Thank you!

Shirahama is one of Japan's most famous onsen resort areas. The Wakayama coasts are very beautiful.
You could go to Mount Koya as an easy daytrip.
You can actually visit Kumano Nachi Shrine and Falls as a daytrip.
You could do Wakayama Castle and some of the historic districts in nearby cities as a more leisurely day.
