Paper and Goshuincho Notebooks Artisans?

Hello, Ifm planning my second trip to Japan, and for my first visit I brought a Goshuincho Notebook (temple stamp notebook). Since Ifm a paper lover, this time I would love to visit places related with paper, and if possible a workshop where I can see artisans make this kind of notebooks.
I found the Enchien Washi Village, and Ifm planning a visit to this village, but they donft have a Goushuin Workshop.
Are there other villages or places where I could find bookbinding artisan, or that a paper lover shouldnft miss when visiting Japan?
